A true old Carouge bistro, legendary for its authenticity, L'Aigle d'or welcomes you in its updated setting, since the arrival of the new management in February 2013. Chef André Mulato, who has been cooking for more than 28 years, will tell you with a smile as generous as his cooking: "here you feel like you are between Lyon and Venice". He draws his inspiration from the market and offers new suggestions every day, with a fish of the day a la plancha that is all the rage. Even if the house speciality is the famous risotto.

Très joli resto au fond de la rue de la Filature typique de Carouge. J'ai bien aimé le cadre de la salle à manger et apprécié le délicieux rizotto à l'encre de seiches et calamaretti.

L'Aigle d'Or est un petit restaurant avec une jolie terrasse (pleine à craquer par
beau temps, à midi). Le personnel y est très attentif et charmant, la cuisine très
bonne. Le plat des filets de perches est copieusement servi, fait à relever: le
plat était très chaud! Nous sommes restés plus de deux heures à table - ce
