Those who feel a bit jaded about Japanese caterers make themselves absolutely at the Tanuki where the impeccable freshness of the products gives the ingredients all their flavour! You can dial your own tray or choose between different sushi sets at very reasonable prices. It is also possible to brighten your meal with various salads. Traditional algae salad and squid and vegetables are pure delicacies. If you're a little more curious, you can also taste small mountain vegetables with fine piment rehaussent enhanced by your mouth. The site is devoid of sake, but it deserves a detour. The must is to take it bento and to enjoy it at the Livresse café-bookstore, right next door, with a good drink.
