In the heart of the Hilton Geneva, the Olivo offers a stopover with Mediterranean flavours. During the summer, the terrace opens onto a beautiful setting and this ensures a total change of scenery without having to take a plane. Its hundred-year-old olive trees and its organic vegetable garden give us a breath of fresh air. The chef honours Italian dishes with a contemporary touch: pasta, lobster risotto venere, salmon antipasti, beef fillet Fabisala, or wild sea bream in a sea salt crust. A beautiful Italian escape.

Nous avions réservé à L’Olivio et il était fermé (Covid) et sommes retrouvés dans le grand hall du bar. Les services ainsi que l’apparence vestimentaire des serveurs étaient très moyennes, mais d’une grande politesse

Une première dans ce restaurant, le début n'était pas prometteur car personne n'avait l'air intéressé a venir vers nous, la cuisine était globalement bonne et la terasse plutôt moderne avec de la musique.
