This gourmet bistro, decorated with mismatched chairs and tables painted and sometimes personalised with the names of the regulars, is a warm place at any time of the day for a small coffee, a little balloon of wine or a meal with the dishes of yesteryear: poached eggs meurette, onion soup, coq au vin, tripe à la lyonnaise, apple pudding, entrecote d'Herens? The dishes are often served in a cast iron pan on the wooden table.
