Best haircut !

I couldn’t be more satisfied with my visit… From the professional talent to the chic environment, is a whole luxury salon experience, without mentioning the empathetic and charming team. With the hot tea I was offered, it felt like home. Definitely coming back for a neat haircut every time I visit Geneva.

Je suis ravie!

Un lieu ou on y pratique les dernières techniques de balayage et de colorations et on y possède les derniers traitements réparateurs pour les cheveux (Le soin Tokio inkarami pour ma part). Un regard sur le look capillaire et sur ce qui vous correspond vraiment sans vous déguiser qui est vraiment pertinent. Suis ravie!

Les prestations et les coiffeurs sont bons. Mais le propriétaire n'est pas du tout un coiffeur et n'y connait rien en coiffure (ni en service client). Tous ses coiffeurs finissent par quitter le salon. La gestion laisse a desirer, etre un bon commercial et un bon manager ne s'invente pas! .C'est un goujat pretentieux et irrespectueux; qui n'a aucune considération pour ses clients. Il a besoin d'un serieu coaching. ZERO professionalisme! FUYEZ si vous voulez pas le regretter.

Salon top tendance. J'ai été coiffée par Yanis, un excellent coiffeur talentueux. Paco, le maître des lieux, est une personnalité avec un véritable oeil du visagiste. Il sait vous conseiller en un clin d'oeil. Je suis totalement satisfaite du résultat, mes mèches et ma coupe sont une réussite. J'ai été reçu comme une reine. Merci!

Hello, I have frequented the 23rd place for a few years, I really find the place is very nice, spacious, designer (obviously very clean!) and team it very pleasant. they also offer coffee me each time, so personally I can only recommend! :)

Designer decor? have how about ..... it yes is original, for talking about design is not necessary to exaggerate. In the lounge made dirty! The team is nice and polite but that stops here. Get and watch you from head to toe. In the hairdresser who topped me softness missed completely! Not only to untangle me hair but also for the blow-dry. I have hair length (low back) and there was completely invalides facing my hair! It wanted I cut them... I had to insist to keep my lengths... and I suffered, real rough during the blow-dry. On arrival at the house my skull was red ..... not exactly I will not go back because it is not a lounge where they can arrange long and thick hair.
