A good functional hotel with very cu5tious staff.

After much research decided to stay here due to location and affordability. Traveling here I was not familiar with the Switzerland mass transit system. This hotel is easy to get to from the airport by rail and tram as long as you plan the route. Breakfast was ample and filling. Shout out to Nicholas at the front desk for assisting me in trying to obtain lost luggage. Is a coop grocery store next door for any last minute needs.

Wir haben in dem Hotel leider nur eine Übernachtung verbringen können. Aber jedes Mal ist es wieder ein Erlebnis hier sein zu dürfen. Es ist alles top gepflegt. Die Architektur und die Optik sind absolut ein Hingucker. Wir freuen uns bei jedem Besuch immer wieder auf das super Frühstück. Gerne wieder.

The room itself was clean and spacious with everything provided. All very modern and well presented. Lovely shower. Friendly staff on the desk at all times. Good breakfast serving a good range of options. Near the tram stop so location not an issue. Only disappointment/complaint was the renovations that were only mentioned on check-in (as we booked direct we should have been informed in advance). The noise was extreme and prevented any rest before we were out for the evening.
