The reception staff is particularly kind and helpful in case of need. Great location. Clean rooms. I recommend it.

The breakfast is so limited and modest, that it was hard to believe it is all the hotel offers for the price they want let night. Moreover, leftovers are not attractive to have on breakfast at all.
So the completely disappointing breakfast was certainly negative experience the hotel.

Location couldn't be better if you want to see the sights. This is a small, friendly place, with comfortable and very clean and neat, if slightly plain and small, rooms. The service is terrific. Our room (like most, I think) came with breakfast, a lovely buffet offering a wide range of delicious Swiss standards and good espresso. A small cafe off the lobby was actually one of the more pleasant cafes among the dozen we visited in Zurich, with very good espresso and excellent pastries, as well as super service. Everything is very reasonably priced. I'd absolutely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a fancier hotel.

Hôtel simple et très correct; accueil très sympa; équipe serviable et de bon conseil; ambiance de centre ville idéale pour s'immerger dans Zh :-)

Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel in zentraler Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, dabei absolut ruhig. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip durchaus ausreichend. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Eine kleine Bar für Aperitif und kleine Snacks. Sehr freundlicher Service. Jederzeit wieder.

Ich habe an der Bar einen Cappuccino getrunken, der sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Die Bedinung ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren sehr happy mit dem Altstadt Hotel, das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss war sauber und ruhig und das Frühstück gut. Dss Bistro klein und sympathisch und die Lage top.
Auch wichtig: Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The room was rather small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Good swiss breakfast. More than made up with the excellent location in old town of Zurich next to the tram station and walking distance to Zurich main attraction.

A perfectly located hotel in Zurich. We had a cute room with a beautiful roof terrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very cute boutique style hotel in Old Town. Super close to sightseeing and great food, also has a cafe on the ground floor. The rooms are very well kept. Our attic room had a view of one of the old churches. Loved it!

Hotel muy centrico y bien situado. De los mas economicos de Zurich pero es muy digno.

Hatte ein nicht renoviertes Zimmer, sehr enger Eingang und altmodischem Badezimmer, Dusche in der Badewanne ohne ausreichede Höhe.
