Fisherman Adrian Gerny comes to the rustic restaurant every day. It comes for its fish doughnuts or a trout of the day, accompanied by a basket of chewable vegetables. But also for its wonderful terrace with an exceptional view of the city and the lake.

Wir waren mit zwei Fahrrädern und einem Zelt Richtung Norden unterwegs und haben es nicht bereut, hier für eine Nacht haltzumachen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Zeltplatz mit Sicht auf den See sowie die Nähe zur Innenstadt Zürich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Preis war angemessen.

Wir haben den Campingplatz für einen Zürich Besuch gewählt. Spontan konnten wir problemlos vom Stellplatz auf ein Safarizelt umbuchen. In 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus in der Stadt. Die Sanitäranlagen sind schlecht ausgeleuchtet und dunkel gestaltet. Da wir keine Küchenausstattung dabei hatten, haben wir 2x das „Frühstück“ für insgesamt 35CHF gebucht und abgepackte Marmelade, Babybel, bunte gekochte Eier, kein Geschirr und den Joghurt musste man mit einem Holzlöffel essen. Kaffee kostet extra. Absolute Enttäuschung!

Leider werden Reservationen nicht mit der notwendigen Sorgfalt bearbeitet, sodass mein geplanter Aufenthalt nicht stattfinden konnte. Das Personal ist sichtlich nicht genügend geschult um mit der IT erfolgreich umzugehen. Ich werde mich vor einem eventuellen zukünftigen Aufenthalt mehrmals telefonisch bezüglich meiner Reservation erkundigen, oder besser noch auf einen anderen Campingplatz ausweichen.
