"The theatre for adults and children" is the name of the place. Founded in 1943, it is the oldest theatre in Basel. Set in a magnificent vaulted cellar, if initially the shows were intended for adults, today children can see fairy tales. Each year the company performs in front of nearly thirteen thousand spectators through a hundred performances, at home or on tour. The talent of the puppeteers is such that the spectator quickly lets himself be carried away by history. A captivating moment in Basel dialect to share with the family.
