The Baseltor hotel restaurant is an excellent place to dine in a friendly atmosphere. Brasserie on the first floor, plush dining room on the1st floor. Tasty cuisine based on fresh produce, with a wide choice of vegetarian dishes. The house is committed to the slow-food approach (as opposed to fast-food), a culinary movement originating in Italy that respects seasonal produce and culinary traditions. Slow food and the art of tasting local produce are the hallmarks of this quality-oriented restaurant.
