The team makes us taste good pizzas (no less than 15 different ones!) including the Coll d'Ordinal pizza which mixes sweet and salty, a must-try. Otherwise, the favourite dishes remain the fish, gambas, duck breast and confits, as well as the Escalope Val d'Aoste or the tarte Tatin.
