Parking voiture dont l'accès est visiblement à deviner par la clientèle puisque aucune explicitation de la part des hôtes.
Sourire inexistant.
Erreur quant à notre reservation: chambre avec deux lits simples attribuée au lieu de lit double.
Retour à l'accueil, perte de temps pour enfin avoir accès à une chambre au 5eme étage surchauffée, climatisation en panne.
Pas au bout de nos peines: badge accès ne fonctionne que de façon aléatoire.
Buffet petit déjeuner propre mais accueil désagréable, bruyant, idéal pour profiter des blagues potaches du personnel!
Personnel de ménage aux petits soins, seul point positif du séjour.
The breakfast and dinner buffet is surprisingly good, for a hotel buffet. The spa is simple but has a few jacuzzis and saunas which are a nice touch if you've been skiing or hiking.
There is some noise from outside but in my experience it wasn't loud enough to disrupt my sleep. It would easily be silent with some good earplugs.
Some rooms have mountain views, but not all.
The breakfast in the morning isn’t anything amazing but has a very good selection to suite everyone there.
The location is great but also not great. Great as it’s super easy to get to the slopes from the lockers but not so great because of the noise so bring your ear plugs. We also had to ask the receptionist to change the heat setting in the room as it was crazy hot. Yes I would book this hotel again and just be prepared with good ear plugs. Pas de la casa unfortunately isn’t a great area because of all the cretins at night that don’t care for anyone else.
Nous y avons séjourné une nuit. L'hôtel nous a informé de la possibilité d'avoir une place de parking en supplément, que nous avons pris. Mais la réceptionniste nous a orienté vers la mauvaise place. Il a fallu mettre la voiture dans un ascenseur pour atteindre le niveau supérieur. L'ascenseur s'est refermé sur notre voiture, car pas de détecteur et a donc très fortement endommagé notre voiture ...
Arrivés à la réception, la réceptionniste confirme que la place de parking donnée initialement était une erreur mais que personne n'est présent pour nous recevoir suite aux dommages sur la voiture .. "revenez demain à 10h, le directeur sera là". Nous sommes revenus à 10h, et tout le personnel a contourné le sujet "le directeur n'est pas là"... Aucune gestion d'équipe, des directeurs absents qui ne donnent aucunement suite aux problèmes rencontrés par leur faute ...
Au delà de ça, très déçu pour un établissement 4 étoiles : bruyant, chambre quelconque et mauvais personnel.
A éviter !!!
Even when the receptionist moved us to the upper floor (7th) we heard people shouting all night long. Too bad.
I think the responisbles of the hotel need to find a solution cause it's ruin the stay.
They already said they isolated rooms but maybe need to see with the city and the police, to put signs, or to add noise curtains in all the rooms (even 2 layers!)
The food was great and the room was clean, the workers where really nice.
Unfortunately next time i'll search for an hotel further from the bars
Las habitaciones son de tamaño normal. Contratamos media pensión. El desayuno y la cena son buffet. Con gran variedad de comida y de buena calidad. Además hay una parrilla que te hacen las carnes en el momento.
Muy buena la atención de todo su staff, de la Recepción, del restaurante.
Ahí mismo podes sacar los pases de ski y también hay descuentos para el rental.
Hay un locker para guardar todo. Muy práctico.

It is a bit noisy at night because of the location with nightclubs , but we were aware of this reading past reviews, don’t let this put you off …..lovely clean hotel, great location

Reception staff speak good English and are always very helpful.
Self service restaurant has a good selection and a chef who will grill chicken, Turkey, beef or pork loin to order.
Lo mejor es la atención del personal,muy amables y atentos.
Las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas y la comida del buffet es un 10.
Recomendable 100%.
La limpieza de las habitaciones son impecables. El Spa es pequeño, pero es ideal para poder recuperarse después de un dìa de Sky. La comida es muy rica. No tengo ninguna queja.
Lo recomiendo y estamos muy ansiosos de volver!

החיסרון היחיד שמצאתי במלון זה הינו החדר סקי, שקצת צפוף וללא אוורור לנעלי סקי כך שתגיע בבוקר וכנראה הנעליים שלך עוד יהיו לחות מאתמול..
