Accueil déplorable: attente longue et injustifiée, manque de personnel et celui présent nonchalant.
Parking voiture dont l'accès est visiblement à deviner par la clientèle puisque aucune explicitation de la part des hôtes.
Sourire inexistant.
Erreur quant à notre reservation: chambre avec deux lits simples attribuée au lieu de lit double.
Retour à l'accueil, perte de temps pour enfin avoir accès à une chambre au 5eme étage surchauffée, climatisation en panne.
Pas au bout de nos peines: badge accès ne fonctionne que de façon aléatoire.
Buffet petit déjeuner propre mais accueil désagréable, bruyant, idéal pour profiter des blagues potaches du personnel!

Personnel de ménage aux petits soins, seul point positif du séjour.

Absolument scandaleux. Chambre annoncée à 160€/ nuit sur booking. Finalement facturé 230€. À ce prix là la chambre ne fut pas faite une journée !!! Une journée de 24h de parking facturée en sus pour 1h de dépassement. La directrice de l’hôtel aura brillé par sa mauvaise foi, avec un discours ponctué de mensonges et malhonnêteté.

A splendid hotel very close to the Pas de la Casa pistes. It has a ski equipment locker you can use, and the hotel is nicely decorated with unique artwork for sale.

The breakfast and dinner buffet is surprisingly good, for a hotel buffet. The spa is simple but has a few jacuzzis and saunas which are a nice touch if you've been skiing or hiking.

There is some noise from outside but in my experience it wasn't loud enough to disrupt my sleep. It would easily be silent with some good earplugs.

Some rooms have mountain views, but not all.
