Both a gourmet and a woodworker, Ernesto, Argentinean by birth, runs THE best sweet shop in Encamp! You only have to look at the queue that forms every day at 5pm in front of his shop to be convinced. In addition to being a very good cook, Ernesto, clever and handyman, always has his hands full, even when not on duty! His creperie has more to do with a museum of woodcarving and creation from recuperated objects than with a conventional service room. A recommended gourmet stop!
