Church located in a quiet area, recognisable by its two spires that stand out as they rise into the air
This Romanesque church dates back to the 19th century, and is located in a quiet area a little way from the city center. It dominates the southern part of the city center, with its two distinctive spires soaring into the air. Inside, the church is beautifully furnished. The organs are classified as historic monuments. You can enter the church every day. It's well worth the detour. The pretty forecourt in front of the building affords a fine view.

Eglise Notre-Dame-Du-Vœu 50100 Cherbourg-En-Cotentin
L'Eglise Notre-Dame-Du-Voeu est une belle église un peu excentré du centre ville de Cherbourg-En-Cotentin, dans un quartier qui semble tranquille. Les deux flèches élégantes et belles se voient des rues adjacentes et invitent à la visiter. Mais j'ai dû me contenter d'en admirer l'extérieur car une cérémonie d'obsèques était célébrée en ce jour de 17 août, date de ma visite.
