This free paper weekly, called C'est à Cherbourg, is distributed throughout the town. The publication, already present on social networks, has managed in just a few years to find a loyal and interested readership. And it's true that it's rather well done, and successful: cultural outings, practical information, good deals, nothing is missing from this rather clever, and very pretty, publication.
