The Narval is a small bar, which also allows you to eat a few simple dishes, and which is located opposite the outer harbour, on the Quai de Caligny. But why is it so well known to the people of Cherbourg? The reason is simple: as a tobacconist, it is open late, very late, until 1 am on weekends! Many night-time smokers come here to buy supplies.
