The situation is very good: the station, of course, but also the centre of the city are only a few minutes’ walk away. Ils sont des fraudeurs. Nous avons réservé une chambre pour fin juillet. Nous avons dû annuler notre voyage pour cause de maladie grave. Nous avons envoyé l'avis d'annulation à l'adresse e-mail indiquée lors de notre réservation en mai (préavis de 2 mois). J'ai vu en août que j'avais été facturé pour la chambre, alors j'ai envoyé un e-mail pour leur faire savoir qu'ils m'avaient facturé par erreur - - pas de réponse. Après plusieurs semaines, nous avons appelé. La femme a dit qu'elle nous répondrait « lundi ». C'était il y a plusieurs semaines. Ils annoncent « annulation gratuite » et nous facturent ensuite aucun service fourni. C'est de la fraude. Évitez cet hôtel. C’est mal géré et ils ne fonctionnent pas de manière honnête. Fuir!
