At the helm, Brice Moncuit, full of professional experience and visibly attached to the region, offers a daily menu on the slate for his 30 guests (maximum) who can watch him work in this modern configuration. And several months after opening, the place has found its public, and its cruising speed: the products are local, and the chef’s know-how is undeniable, and word of mouth is working at full speed. However, there is only one requirement: make reservations. It is easy to understand why! One piece of advice: don’t hesitate!
