A restaurant where everything revolves around cheese. In addition to Mondeville, near Caen, and Rouen, Maître Corbeau has an establishment in the heart of Cherbourg! Opposite the town hall, the place is very popular: affordable services, based on a simple principle, since everything (or almost everything) must be accompanied by cheese: entrecote with Boursin, scallops with tome d’abondance or various starters accompanied by local cheese, the speciality being the cheese fondue.
