This small village, situated just a few kilometres from Sheki, in the mountains, is a particularly pleasant stopover for exploring local life and a very ancient cultural heritage. The stone houses, lined along cobbled streets and pentues streets, are generally opened on large, delicious gardens in summer. But the interest of the village lies mainly in its church of the first century of our era, probably the first of the entire Caucasus.
