Because the Courlis horse farm, located near the Mont-Saint-Michel bay, offers you many horse-drawn carriage rides, but also other services, such as the possibility to camp at the farm (the rates are very advantageous) or to have pretty guest rooms, grouped under the name "Chez Jollyjune".
