Blends of spices and herbs to make infusions: ginger infusion, saffron infusion, cardamom coffee, cinnamon coffee, halva, dried fruit... On the right, just outside the hatters' cupola, stop to sample an excellent tea or to buy a tasty blend of 14 spices. The Ubaydov family has been involved in the spice trade for over 600 years. Mirfays Ubaydov concocts his blends to order and also runs the tearoom opposite his store. He'll be happy to advise you on how to use them.
