The beef ribs can be selected according to your taste in the refrigerated cellar where they are brought to different stages of maturation. Of course it is not cheap, but restaurants offering good meat are still rare in Uzbekistan. The pieces are well cooked and spiced like in Turkey, accompanied by rice and vegetables.
