PREFECTURAL MUSEUM OF MACENTA

Closed for a few years now (like several other museums in the region), will the museum reopen? Nothing is less certain. One thing is clear, the objects representing ethnic arts that were presented in the museum would deserve a more beautiful setting than the one that existed until now. But this would require a real policy of investment in the preservation of Guinean cultural heritage that no government has, to date, been willing and/or able to put in place.
