Created by the Mamou Transporters' Union, the restaurant is frequented by regulars, including of course many drivers. In a large room, the tables are lined up like in a canteen. Everyone places an order at the kitchen counter and returns to their seats to enjoy their rice or fonio-based dish accompanied by different sauces (leaf, peanut, tomato...) and meat for those who ask for it. Here, the dishes prepared each day are copious.
