Mountain and winter sports Zakopane

Just 20 km from Zakopane, Białka Tatrzańska is the direct competitor of its ski resort. It boasts a large 40 km ski area with ski resorts, including the Bachledka resort in the Slovak locality of Ždiar, which can be accessed with a single ski pass. At the foot of the Bania Ski & Fun resort is the Terma Bania spa complex(www.termabania.pl). A very good alternative option for skiers, and perhaps a little more sporty than Zakopane, it has to be said.
