Restaurant with a family atmosphere offering instinctive cuisine in Boersch.

What a pleasure it is to sit down in this cosy little restaurant, formerly a post office, hence " Schtampfel " (the stamp). Hervé's cuisine, with its blend of bold and traditional flavors, is a delight to savor. The dishes are as beautiful as they are good, and the offerings are a refreshing change from the traditional Alsatian fare. The weekly menu allows you to discover the chef's talents at very reasonable prices. All accompanied by natural wines from here and elsewhere, brilliantly advised by Cindy, the owner.

Un bon moment passer avec un bon repas à 25e entrée plat très rechercher et très bon. La terrasse et très agréable. Le personnel au petit soin et très professionnel. Penser à réserver pour être sûr d avoir une table. ????

Petit restaurant sympathique qui fait des efforts pour proposer des plats originaux.. a des lieux de la cuisine alsacienne.
A midi carte restreinte pour menu vraiment pas cher.
