What a joy it is to sit down in this cosy little restaurant, formerly a post office, hence " Schtampfel " (the stamp, in Alsatian). Hervé's cuisine, with its mix of bold and traditional flavors, delights with every bite. The dishes are as beautiful as they are tasty, and the offerings are a far cry from the traditional Alsatian fare. The weekly menu allows you to discover the chef's talents at very reasonable prices. All accompanied by natural wines from here and elsewhere, brilliantly advised by Cindy, the owner.

Les plats sont travaillés et pourtant le respect apporté aux produits de saison les rendent « simples » à aborder.
On se régale tout en étant surpris par ce qu’il y a devant nous.
