The Hotel Polski has a long history and is certainly one of the city's oldest establishments. In the ^19th century, an inn called "Under the White Eagle" was built on this site, and was bought by Prince Adam Czartoryski - the family behind the superb collection in the adjacent museum - to become the Hotel Polski. Today, you have a well-run business with luxurious, comfortable rooms, copying the style of the great imperial era.
