HOTEL EDEN ^{* * *}

Modern, very pleasant and right in the spirit of Krakow's "Jewish Revival", this is the only authentically Jewish hotel in the area. On the program: Jewish decorative motifs, an excellent kosher restaurant frequented by the few local practitioners and a mikveh, the only Jewish ritual bath still in use in Poland. Finally, it was within the august walls of this hotel that Steven Spielberg chose to shoot many scenes from his famous film Schindler's List. An address that's delightfully off the beaten track.
