NOLIO RESTAURANT

Nolio is famous in Krakow for its excellent pizzas and its large dining room, perfect for parties. It's the best pizzeria in town. Rather upmarket, its recipes follow Neapolitan pizza specifications, with imported products, ancestral techniques and a wood-fired oven; it also has its own network of (Italian) producers for its raw materials. The wine list is well-stocked with Italian wines and liqueurs, including a homemade limoncello! Reservations are strongly recommended, as the restaurant is often full.
