Right in the middle of a tourist street, "sous les anges" is a charming establishment that sets itself apart from the competition. Its main level is a copy of a colorful antique palace, and its basement is a maze of authentic little rustic cellars dating back to the 13th century, with superb country decor. The Polish cuisine is masterful and good, while the service, quick and jovial, is faultless. To compensate, prices on the menu are higher than elsewhere, but still reasonable.
