JAREMA

Located on the square behind the Barbacane, this restaurant excels in the preparation of typical Eastern Polish cuisine. Frontier specialties are not so different from the rest of Slavic fare, but the emphasis is on game and rare meats, and it's unusual to see dishes so well executed. The dishes served are quite refined and very good, in a rustic "grandma's house" decor and warm atmosphere. To top it all off, the waitresses are dressed in traditional costumes.
