Michelin-starred gourmet BIB restaurant (i.e. good value for money) that plays with Polish cuisine. Its chef, Robert Koczwara, adapts the dishes to his own liking for a final rendering of great subtlety, which surprises as much by its staging as by its flavors. The restaurant is committed to ecological practices, its menu follows the seasons and its ingredients are all sourced from producers without preservatives. The dining room, a superb vaulted brick cellar, is modern and pleasant. We recommend the Fiorentina steak.
