Read moreThe bus station is located right behind the train station, which it is integrated into. You can reach it from Galeria Krakowska through an underground tunnel. From here depart national buses to Wieliczka, Zakopane, Oświęcim and international routes. Sindbad Eurobus (occasionally) and especially Flixbus (more regularly and with higher comfort) offer regular trips to France. If you leave from the bus station, plan at least 30 minutes in advance. The buses leave on time and do not wait.

At the moment, until the train line is renewed (last I heard, the entire track is to be replaced), Zwagoropol offers the best public transport option to Zakopane. To use it, you can book your tickets on its website or directly with the drivers, who are used to driving tourists and Erasmus students. You should arrive at least 10 minutes early, as the buses leave on time.
