Public transportation is quite extensive and inexpensive. If you plan to rent a car, Hertz is certainly an option. There are two branches in the city: one at the airport, directly accessible from the arrivals terminal, and one in the city center. We recommend the one at the airport, which is more accessible and has more accommodating hours.
