If you're staying in Łódź, you really must make an excursion here. The forest here is beautiful and calm, far from the industrial bustle of its city, and is home to a superb 18th-century Franciscan Baroque convent, with a famous depiction of St. Anthony. You can get there easily by public transport from the city center, as well as by VTC or car if you're motorized.
STAROMIEJSKI PARK
