The two terminals, Cortan Norte and Cortan Sur, are both located on the Pan-American Highway.
To Managua: express buses depart daily at 4.45am, 5.45am, 6.45am, 7.15am, 8.45am, 9.45am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm, 2.15pm, 3.15pm; times may differ on Sundays; slower public buses depart daily every 30 minutes from 3.30am to 5pm; journey time 1.5 hours.
To Matagalpa: daily departures every 30 minutes from 5:15 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
For León: express buses depart daily at 6:45 a.m., and Monday to Saturday at 5:45 a.m.

contrairement à beaucoup de gares routières au Nicaragua qui sont un vaste parking, celle-ci est une vraie gare bien organisée avec des quais, des panneaux "départ", elle est situées à 16 blocs de la place centrale
