COMERDOR ISABEL

This small comedor, located at the entrance to Balgüe, is perfect for soaking up the village atmosphere and sampling delicious Nicaraguan specialties. On the menu is traditional rice, red beans and chicken, in all its forms (portions are generous and cost less than US$5). You'll also find breakfast options, as well as soups, pasta and fish, all accompanied by tropical fruit juices (passion fruit, pineapple, mango..., depending on the season). What's more, the service is very friendly.
