Former colonial house of the th century that Luca, a francophone lover of the city and his trade, renovated. A few blocks from the Central Parque and close to the pedestrian Street «La Calzada» where the owner has two restaurants. A total of 11 rooms and an apartment, all equipped with a private bathroom with WC, good orthopaedic mattresses, air conditioning and fan, TV and free Wi-Fi. The duplex apartment has a kitchenette, a living room and a bedroom. A good address like you like, relaxed, clean and cheap.

a very fine establishment with two steps from the square and pedestrian street is the good restaurants, small pleasant patio read a book installed in a small hammock, the rooms are simple and very clean.
