A few blocks from the Central Parque and close to the pedestrian Street «La Calzada» where the owner has two restaurants. A total of 11 rooms and an apartment, all equipped with a private bathroom with WC, good orthopaedic mattresses, air conditioning and fan, TV and free Wi-Fi. The duplex apartment has a kitchenette, a living room and a bedroom. A good address like you like, relaxed, clean and cheap.
