It's now a chain with numerous cafés in and around Managua, but when it opened in 1993, Casa Del Cafe was considered Nicaragua's first café-restaurant. This thriving family-run business pays great attention to the quality of its coffee: the 100% Arabica beans are all sourced from Nicaraguan growers. The coffees are carefully selected and processed under environmentally-friendly conditions. Black coffee of course reveals the most flavor... but there's also a choice for gourmets.
