Svinøya Rorbuer's restaurant, Børsen Spiseri, offers exceptional cuisine in a charming setting full of history. In this old house built in 1828, with its crisp flooring, you can sit comfortably around one of the candle-lit wooden tables to enjoy the specialty, dried cod, or stockfish, in all its forms! Of course, the restaurant offers a choice of several dishes (based on fish, of course, but not only) made from local products and cooked with invention and originality.
