GLASSHYTTA PÅ VIKTEN

At the end of the small road there are a few houses with Glasshytta, an artisan glassblower's workshop, completed with a small showroom, a café and a terrace overlooking the sea. In 1977, Åsvar Tangrand was the first in northern Norway to blow glass. Today, we come from far away to observe him at work. Take some time to observe this magical process and once the visit is over, enjoy the exceptional panorama from the terrace. The island of Flakstad is inhabited by a colony of sea eagles.
