Originally from Leicester in England, this pastry chef chose to settle in the up-and-coming city of Bodø, to open his beautiful chocolate shop. After studying cooking in Yssingeaux, where he was trained by some of the world's greatest pastry chefs, Craig started his pastry career in France. Today, Craig offers a refined pastry shop, the only one in town, and as a Master Chocolatier, he makes sure to offer a form of elegance, flavour and a nice touch of originality in his products.
