The Bergen City Library has a well-stocked music section and regularly hosts exhibitions and concerts. Visiting this place is also a way to get in touch with the population. For example, there are film screenings for children in Norwegian, or a language café where you can participate free of charge to improve your knowledge of Norwegian. Founded in 1872, this library is the second largest in Norway.
