Certainly, this is not our favorite address since this chain has nothing typical. Yet the place is very nice. A scene hosts concerts. American cuisine. For boasts (and for the often superb view on Oslo by night), visit the chic bars of major hotels: Sky on the 33rd floor of Plaza, Etoile Bar under the roofs and Limelight on the ground floor of the Grand hotel.
