As its name suggests, Kulturhuset is a house of culture. This cosy café and tea room is the ideal place to relax, read a book, read a newspaper, chat while drinking a homemade tea, eat a piece of cake or sip a cocktail, all at a reasonable price. In the evening, the place turns into a concert hall, or a night bar where beer flows freely. You'll always meet new people! Don't forget to check their website for good deals during your stay. Another place not to be missed in the heart of Oslo.
