Excellent and very stylish establishment for a French concept. The only dish on the menu is the entrecote, 160 or 200 grams depending on your appetite. It is served with a choice of side dishes and, according to the establishment's motto, Slow food served fast. The wines are also honoured here and the meat is tasty. At the time of writing this guide, the restaurant is temporarily closed, but the second address in Aker Brygge is open from Wednesday to Saturday from 4pm to 11pm (Bryggetorget 10, tel: 22 44 44 60).
